When You Place an Order
Our order form asks you to give us information

Signing up for e-mail Newsletters
When you register or place an order with DHANDIA,
you are eligible to sign up on our email list, or you may sign up for
the email list independently. Periodically, we send an DHANDIA
newsletter to members on our e-mail list. The newsletter features news
about jewelry, new product offerings, and seasonal specials. We do not
make our mailing list available to other companies.

Another of our personal services is access to our
Expert Jewelry Advisor, our jewelry expert with over 20 years of
experience as a top jewelry designer and merchandiser. You may contact

answer all your questions.
We will use the e-mail address you provide to
answer your questions, or to respond to your requests for service.
Your email address is not used for any other purpose, and we do not
share our members or visitors e-mail addresses with other companies.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
The first credit will be made within 10 business
days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on
purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same
card. Delivery charges are not refunded.

personalize services. DHANDIA only uses the individual responses in
connection with our site. We do not share responses with, or make the
list of Focus Group members available to, other companies.

implement our affiliate program. LinkShare shares our commitment to
maintaining the privacy of visitors to our store. In order for us to
